Margaret River walk, November 24
Meet at the Vasse Hall carpark at 9am. Carpooling from there will be arranged. If you’d like to meet at the start of the walk, meet at 10am, 250m downstream (SSW) from the Kevill Rd waterfall.

This excursion will be led by Nature Conservation Margaret River along approximately 3km of the Margaret River.
Topics to be covered/viewed will include:
- Vegetation die-off over Summer/Autumn 2024
- River flows and management
- Aquatic fauna of the river
- Arum lily Blitz
- Woody weed campaign
- Four recent revegetation sites along the river
We will do a car shuffle to get people back to their cars.
At the end of the walk Dr Ann Ward will join the group to show us the revegetation/native landscaping on her riverside property.
Bring a packed lunch to have at the waterfall after the walk, appropriate walking shoes, a hat, water, family and friends.
