FUNGI WALK with Dr Roz Hart June 23 (expired event)
The Busselton Naturalists Club’s next excursion is a Fungi Walk. Ian Clarke will be the leader & Dr Roz Hart will be your guide in the discovery of the world of fungi. Dr Hart is an ecologist who taught microbiology & now volunteers as a Guide at Kings Park. Be amazed by the wonders of fungi while learning about its importance in sustaining a healthy biodiversity, which, according to Dr Hart, comprises at least 3 F’s; Fauna, Flora & Fungi.

🍄MEETING PLACE: Ambergate Reserve, 988 Queen Elizabeth Ave, corner of Queen Elizabeth Drive and Doyle Rd, Chapman Hill.
This event is FREE & open to the public.
Bring a hat, walking shoes, water, camera, snacks.
Anticipate approx. 2-2.5hrs walk through Ambergate Reserve looking at, identifying and talking about fungi.
After the walk, we will be having lunch at ‘The Deck Marina Bar & Bistro’, 21 Spinnaker Boulevard, Busselton (at Port Geographe Marina).
For those wishing to join us for lunch numbers will be collected at the beginning of the walk.
